All systems run Red Hat Enterprise Linux Advanced Server 4u4, Oracle Database 10g (10.2.0.3), Real Application Clusters (RAC), and Oracle Automatic Storage Manager (ASM). The PANTA Data Warehouse Manager (DWM) is a tool for System Administrators to configure the system. Since the appliance is delivered fully pre-configured, the administrator will typically not need to use this tool and can, after activating the system, immediately start using all of the already familiar capabilities offered by Oracle.
To further ease the integration of the PANTA Data Warehouse in existing Oracle environments it comes with the Oracle Enterprise Manager included, and can be easily integrated into the Oracle Grid Control management infrastructure.
