The PANTA Data Warehouse Appliance with Oracle is as easy to deploy as one expects for an appliance. PANTA customer engineers will work with the customer to execute site planning and site preparation. During the site planning session, we review the environmental and networking facilities required to allow the customer to ensure that these are available at system installation. During the site preparation session, the available facilities are tested and verified, allowing the PANTA customer engineer to create a configuration profile containing all site-specific data for the deployment. Prior to shipment of the system the profile is fed into the PANTA Data Warehouse Manager, which than configures the appliance for deployment in the customer data center. The Data Warehouse appliance arrives at the customer site ready to be plugged in, powered on and loaded with data.
